How to Stay Connected to Your RRD Benefits

When it comes to your benefits, RRD makes it easy for you to stay in the know. Here are three easy ways to plug in so you don’t miss out on important information about your benefits — like Annual Enrollment, upcoming webinars, and special enrollments and requirements.
1. Enroll in text alerts.
Get important benefits announcements, information and reminders delivered straight to your phone. To opt in to receive text messages:
- Log in to the RRD Benefits Center.
- On the home page, select “Update Communication Preferences.”
- Select “Add Phone Number,” and enter your phone number.
- Check the box next to “Yes, I would like to opt in for text notifications.”
- Click “Save.”
2. Receive emails instead of paper mail.
Sign up to get benefits documents delivered via email, rather than paper mail. Tip: It’s a smart way to avoid potential post office delays, so you receive important information quickly and securely. To opt in to receive benefits document via email:
- Log in to the RRD Benefits Center.
- On the home page, under Common Actions, select “Update Electronic Delivery Preference.”
- Scroll down to Address Information and click “Edit.” Enter your email address, select your preferred email (work or alternate), and then click “Save.”
- Scroll down and click “Edit” next to Custom Demographic Information, Electronic Consent.
- Click the dropdown for Electronic Consent, then click “I agree to receive benefit information electronically,” and then click “Save.”
3. Download the bswift app.
Manage your benefits from your mobile device with the bswift app. You’ll be able to access coverage information, enroll for benefits, upload required documents, and more.
