Living with a chronic health condition like asthma, hypertension, coronary artery disease or COPD can be challenging, but if you are enrolled in an RRD national Medical Program option (HSA Value, HSA Advantage, Copay Value or Copay Advantage), you have access to programs to help you manage your condition. These programs are voluntary, confidential and available at no cost to you as part of your RRD benefits.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL)

BCBSIL’s Blue Care Advisors can help you set wellness goals, adopt healthier habits and learn to manage your medical condition more effectively. If BCBSIL is your medical vendor, call 1-800-537-9765, Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. CT, or visit bcbsil.com/rrd to learn more and enroll in a condition management program.

Hypertension Management by Teladoc Health

The Hypertension Management program helps make living with high blood pressure easier. Teladoc Health provides you with a blood pressure cuff and an exclusive FDA-approved touchscreen meter, personalized reports and health coaching, and access to a mobile app to view and track your readings.

Help for Diabetes

You and your covered family members who have or are at risk of developing diabetes can choose between two programs to help you live a healthier life: Twin Health or Transform Diabetes Care from CVS Health. These programs are completely voluntary and available at no cost to you as part of your RRD benefits. You are allowed to participate in only one of the two programs. Learn more.

Hinge Health can help relieve your back and joint pain, improve your mental well-being, and reduce your interest in pursuing surgery.
