Wondr Health – Lose weight, gain energy, sleep better, and improve your mind and body with Wondr Health, a skills-based digital weight-loss program. It’s available to you at no cost as part of your National Medical Program option from BCBSIL.
SupportLinc — The SupportLinc website (username rrd) has articles, training materials, videos, tip sheets and tools for weight loss, exercise and fitness, nutrition and more.
BCBSIL Well onTarget — If you’re enrolled in a National Medical Program option through BCBSIL, your coverage includes Well onTarget, which offers tools and support to help you make healthy choices. These include self-directed programs about nutrition, fitness, weight management and more. There’s also a health library with information and articles related to living a healthy lifestyle, as well as a health assessment that helps tailor the program to help you reach your goals.
Kaiser Healthy Lifestyle Programs — If you’re enrolled in a Kaiser medical option, your coverage includes complimentary, personalized programs to help you lose weight, eat healthy and move more. Need extra support? Kaiser’s Wellness Coaching is available by phone at no cost.
