Overview

Stay on top of your health between regular doctor’s visits with UnitedHealthcare HouseCalls, a free service available to you as part of your RRD Retiree Medical coverage.

HouseCalls enhances your regular health care routine by providing check-in care in the comfort and privacy of your home (or by video if you prefer). You’ll meet with a licensed health care practitioner who will give you valuable one-on-one time that you might not always get with your regular doctor.

HouseCalls is easy, convenient and informative. You get:

• One 45- to 60-minute at-home visit from a licensed health care practitioner every year. You can even request to have the same practitioner visit you each year.
• A head-to-toe exam, important health screenings and plenty of time to talk about your health questions.
• Guidance on managing your health and, if you need it, referrals to other health plan resources and services.
• A summary of your HouseCalls visit sent to you and your regular doctor.
